KUALA LUMPUR (Nov 19): Setia Awan Group has announced the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MOU) between Astrum Ampang and BilaBila Mart to integrate the convenience store chain into the Astrum Ampang development.

The collaboration will provide residents with the convenience of daily essentials, the statement on Friday (Nov 15) said.

“This MOU solidifies our shared commitment to improving the quality of life for our residents by offering easy access to daily necessities right at their doorstep. BilaBila Mart’s presence within Astrum Ampang will undoubtedly enhance the lifestyle experience of our community,” said Setia Awan Group chief operating officer James Andrew Bruyns.

Developed by Setia Awan Group, Astrum Ampang is a mixed-use development in Jalan Jelatek, Kuala Lumpur. The 6.85-acre leasehold development, which has a gross development value of RM1.6 billion, comprises a total of 5,228 units including SoHo transit homes, Rumah Mampu Milik SoHos and serviced apartments, as well as SoHo suites and serviced apartments. It will also have 27 retail units.

The development is slated for completion by September 2027.
