According to NAPIC, there were 92,017 residential property transactions in the first half of 2021, averaging RM375,000 per transaction. Total cumulative value of transactions during this period is RM34.51 billion. Of that, 57% of the transactions are priced under RM300,000. 24% are priced between RM300,000 to RM500,000 and 14% are priced between RM500,000 to RM1 million.
