PETALING JAYA (April 27): TH Properties Group has unveiled its new township Hundred East at Bandar Enstek, Negeri Sembilan, which comprises 100 units of freehold two-storey super link homes priced from RM574,400.
“Besides the attractive pricing, we are making the purchase sweeter by absorbing legal fees and disbursement for the Sales and Purchase Agreement and stamp duty for the Memorandum of Transfer for Hundred East homes at the Open House,” said TH Properties general manager of business development, marketing and sales Zaidi Baharudin in a recently-released statement.
According to the group, the gated-and-guarded development’s homes come in three lot sizes of 26ft by 80 ft, 24 ft by 75 ft and 22 ft by 75 ft.
Situated near the KL International Airport, construction of Hundred East is underway and the homes are expected to be ready for occupation by the third quarter of 2016.
“The freehold homes have been designed in tandem with the requirements of families and those looking for an affordable lifestyle upgrade,” he said.
According to Zaidi, large family homes are a rarity and they often command rather hefty price tags.
“The Hundred East homes break the mould in offering spaciousness at a very attractive price, while giving local buyers who have been priced out of the market an opportunity to own a home. We are confident that this round of sales will be very well received as we continue to regenerate and build-upon a flourishing community in the south side of Kuala Lumpur,” he said.
