TH Properties and AFFIN BANK partner to make homeownership more accessible to younger customers, fresh graduates and women

KOTA SEMARAK (Jan 24): TH Properties Sdn Bhd (TH Properties) and Affin Bank Bhd (AFFIN BANK) have entered into a strategic partnership to empower women and younger individuals by offering AFFIN’s flexible and innovative financing solutions to potential homeowners of TH Properties’ homes.

AFFIN BANK will be offering its Home Step Fast/-i for fresh graduates, young homebuyers and property investors, and the Affinita Home Financing Program to cater to women seeking financial independence through homeownership.

AFFIN Home Step Fast/-i is Shariah compliant, and provides younger homebuyers a variety of benefits that include reduced upfront costs and more manageable monthly payments. On the other hand, the Affinita Home Financing Program will offer financing of up to RM500,000 through AFFIN INVIKTA Premier Banking, along with exclusive discounts and perks from nearly 100 merchants, including spas, dining, and boutiques.

Potential buyers of units at Padang Residences, Kota Semarak, as well as the integrated townships of Bandar Enstek, and Warisan Puteri 2, Sepang, by TH Properties, will be eligible to utilise the home financing benefits offered by this strategic collaboration.

As for the origins of the partnership Mohd Ismadi revealed that “this collaboration started with Kota Semarak, and with us examining our product offerings. We found that it was particularly suited to young families and working individuals. We found that a collaboration with AFFIN BANK would be quite in line with our target market.”

“We have also received very good traction in terms of our sales, and with AFFIN BANK now partnering with us, it will only serve to accelerate our goals of reaching our sales targets for this year. Take up rates for our projects like Bandar Enstek are on track to meet the goals we have set, which is a target of 50% by the end of the year,” he added.

Although this partnership is set to target young homebuyers and women, buyers from all demographics can still capitalise on AFFIN BANK and TH Properties’ offerings.
