Sime Darby Property plans to unveil Hevea Phase 2, Lyra and Anggun in April and May

PETALING JAYA (April 15): Sime Darby Property Bhd plans to launch Hevea Phase 2 in the City of Elmina, Lyra in Bandar Bukit Raja and Anggun in Bandar Ainsdale between April and May. The launches are also in conjunction with its Siap, Sedia Raya campaign, which runs until May 31 and offers up to RM10,000 deals. 

Set to be launched on April 24, Hevea Phase 2 in the City of Elmina, Shah Alam has a gross development value (GDV) of RM114 million, and will comprise 68 semi-detached houses and a bungalow unit. Sprawled on a 10.61-acre tract, the units will have built-ups from 3,130 sq ft and prices starting from RM1,884,888. They are scheduled for completion in April 2023 and are designed to exude the nostalgic charm of heritage colonial homes with modern tropical elements. 

Also, to be launched on April 24 is Lyra in Bandar Bukit Raja, Klang. Lyra has a GDV of RM58.9 million and will comprise 91 units of double-storey linked homes. Located on a 10.54-acre parcel, the units will have built-ups starting from 1,729 sq ft and prices starting from RM703,888. Due to be completed in March 2023, the units will have an Anjung-inspired, Tudor façade. 

Launching by end-May is Anggun in Bandar Ainsdale, Negeri Sembilan, which will comprise 59 double-storey linked homes. It is targeted to be completed in May 2023. Located on a 14-acre parcel, the units will have built-ups of 1,817 sq ft to 2,063 sq ft. Details such as GDV and prices of the units are still being firmed up. The units are part of the Bandar Ainsdale’s Lake Series, which features homes next to an 11-acre lake garden with various facilities.

Meanwhile, the group is offering deals on new and existing residential properties in 14 townships across Greater Kuala Lumpur and Johor in its Siap, Sedia Raya campaign.

Throughout the campaign period until May 31, homebuyers stand to enjoy up to RM10,000 Raya deals, on top of the current sales packages for selected properties in the City of Elmina, Bandar Bukit Raja, Ara Damansara, Subang Jaya City Centre, Putra Heights, KL East, Melawati, KLGCC Resort, Serenia City, Nilai Impian, Planters Haven, Chemara Hills, Bandar Ainsdale and Bandar Universiti Pagoh.

The deals offered include up to 36 months of Your Instalments on Us for selected participating properties. Homebuyers can also take advantage of the government’s Home Ownership Campaign (HOC) which ends on May 31.
