S P Setia wins housing residential landed award for Amantara, Setia Eco Templer at FIABCI’s Malaysia Property Awards 2024

SHAH ALAM (Dec 19): S P Setia’s Amantara at Setia Eco Templer has won the prestigious award under the Housing Residential Landed Category at the Malaysia Property Awards (MPA) 2024 organised by the FIABCI-Malaysia International Real Estate Federation, at One Word Hotel PJ on Dec 7.

“We feel honoured to have won the Housing Residential Land category at MPA 2024, for Amantara at Setia Eco Templer, and would like to thank the panel of judges of the awards for the support and recognition.

“This award, particularly for Amantara at Setia Eco Templer, is a testament to our efforts in developing quality products and building sustainable communities in the long term. To date, we have introduced over RM1 billion worth of properties in the township, out of the RM1.7 billion GDV,” said S P Setia chief operating officer Datuk Zaini Yusof at the event.

“In just a few short years, Setia Eco Templer has become the preferred housing estate among buyers seeking a unique value proposition and sustainable green living. We are confident the upcoming phases will be greeted with similarly overwhelming responses,” he added.

Previously, Setia Eco Templer has won the Masterplan category in the MPA 2022, followed by a World Gold in the FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Awards 2023.

Since 1992, the MPA has been dubbed as one of the most illustrious awards and is known as a benchmark in the property industry. S P Setia (and the other winning property developers) were chosen and awarded based on the procedures, rules and regulations from the nomination stage, physical site visits, verifications and judging set by the MPA.

The project winners of the MPA will represent Malaysia to compete with projects from other countries at FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Awards, at the awards presentation ceremony which are held at FIABCI World Congress in May, each year.
