趋势:一窥日本房屋政策成功之道

在第二次世界大战后,日本有许多房屋都被战争摧毁,导致社会上出现房屋短缺的问题。 日本国土、基础设施、交通和旅游部(MLIT)副部长Masamune Wada在近期与大马房屋与地方政府部长Zuraida Kamaruddin会面时说,“我们当时需要为人民建造更多的房子,尤其是那些需要可负担房屋的阶层。” 据MLIT估计,日本在1945年时的房屋短缺数量达420万间。不过,通过政府推出的公共房屋措施,国内房屋供应逐步提高,使情况开始好转。 Wada与Zuraida的会面,是通过”2019年EdgeProp Malaysia卓越打造永续、管理及健康考察”(EdgeProp Malaysia Study Tour on Excellent Building Sustainability, Management and Wellness 2019)所促成的。这个在10月3日至5日于日本展开的考察团,是由EdgeProp.
