• The development features 1,000 units spread across three 26-storey blocks and one 27-storey block, with built-ups ranging from 900 sq ft to 1,959 sq ft. Prices start from RM170,520 per unit, making it one of the most affordable high-rise housing options in the area.

IPOH (Feb 3): Miclebina Group of Companies has launched Santorini@Botani Ipoh (Pangsapuri Rafflesia), a Santorini-inspired residential project in Bandar Botani, Ipoh, under the Perakku Home Ownership Scheme.

The development features 1,000 units spread across three 26-storey blocks and one 27-storey block, with built-ups ranging from 900 sq ft to 1,959 sq ft. Prices start from RM170,520 per unit, making it one of the most affordable high-rise housing options in the area.

Miclebina managing director CM Ting said the project aligns with the company’s vision of providing budget-friendly homes, while maintaining modern design and amenities. “Our vision is to create a beautiful, serene living environment that mirrors the elegance of Santorini, while remaining budget-friendly,” he said.

He added that the company is committed to making homeownership more accessible to Malaysians. “Together with the Perak state government under Projek Rumah Perakku II and III, we will be able to help buyers with an income of less than RM8,000 own a home. We understand the challenges that homebuyers face, and we want to provide a solution that combines affordability with quality living.”

The project was launched with the support of the Perak state government, and Perak Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Haji Saarani Mohamad officiated the event. The launch featured family-friendly activities and a lucky draw, where a Perodua Axia worth RM25,000 was given away to a homebuyer.

Santorini@Botani Ipoh will offer over 40 lifestyle amenities, including an infinity pool, a children’s pool with water park features, a gym, a multi-purpose hall, picnic and glamping areas with barbecue (BBQ) pits, and an electric-vehicle (EV) charging station. The freehold project is expected to be completed by 2028.

Ting emphasised that Santorini@Botani is not just about affordability, but also about creating a vibrant and desirable living space. “Residents will be able to enjoy picturesque views and a tranquil atmosphere reminiscent of a Mediterranean getaway. We believe this development will redefine modern living in Ipoh, while remaining within reach for many,” he said.

Located in the heart of Bandar Botani, the development is well-connected to major roads, shopping centres, banks, and educational institutions, making it an attractive option for young families, first-time homebuyers, and professionals.

“As we stand today, I am proud to announce that the Santorini Project, along with our other ongoing developments, bring our total property portfolio GDV (gross development value) to an impressive RM1 billion,” Ting added. “This achievement underscores not only the scale and ambition of our projects, but also the trust and confidence that our partners, investors, and clients have placed in us.”
