The areas covered are PJU 9 (Bandar Sri Damansara) and PJU 10 (Damansara Damai), which are collectively called Damansara North for the purposes of this study.

Based on theedgeproperty.com’s analysis of transactions, the average price of strata residences here grew sharply in 2013, peaked in 4Q2013 and has since retreated slightly.
At Puchong South, the rental yields as calculated from asking rental prices as observed at June 2015 are fairly average, ranging between 4.3% - 6.5% annually.
