In delivering his verdict, High Court Justice Mohamed Zaini Mazlan said the prosecution had proven its case beyond reasonable doubt.

Selangor continued to lead with the highest number of infections with 441 reported today.

Meanwhile, 1,214 Covid-19 patients have recovered from the disease, bringing total recoveries so far to 75,244 or 83% of total cases.

Justice Muhammad Jamil said there were no special circumstances for the court to grant a stay in the forfeiture proceedings.
