KUALA LUMPUR (May 12): Trinity Group today launched its RM300 million water-themed condominium project, Trinity Aquata @ KL South.

According to Datuk Neoh Soo Keat, founder and managing director of Trinity Group Sdn Bhd, the key selling point for the 3.58 acre development is its strategic location in Sungai Besi.

“The area is poised to become ‘the next Golden Triangle’, since it is located adjacent to the city centre. This offers our buyers the opportunity to own a freehold property with a prestigious Kuala Lumpur address, without the burden of KL property prices,” Neoh said.

Trinity Aquata is accessible via the Besraya Highway, KL-Seremban Highway and the Middle Ring Road 2 (MRR2). It is also close to the proposed MRT Line 2 and the much-anticipated high-speed rail (HSR) connecting KL to Singapore.

The project consists of two 26-storey condominium blocks with a total of 492 units. Each unit has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with fully customisable interiors. Built-ups range from 1,100 sq ft to 1,400 sq ft, with prices starting from RM580 psf.

Trinity Aquata’s facilities include a gymnasium, a jogging path, a multi-purpose hall and CCTV surveillance at the car park and common areas, backed by 24-hour security.

Special features in the development are a raised infinity pool, a water lounge, a hammock lounge, a pool deck, a landscaped sky bridge that links two sky gardens, and a sky terrace.

“We are building products to enrich lives and build communities,” added Neoh.

The project was unveiled at Trinity Aquata @ KL South’s show gallery in Zest Point, BK9 Bandar Kinrara, Puchong. It is scheduled to be completed in 2018.
