Marriott Executive Apartments opens largest property in Asia-Pacific outside China in KL

KUALA LUMPUR (Aug 14): Marriott Executive Apartments has opened its largest property in the Asia-Pacific outside China, offering 353 serviced units in the heart of Kuala Lumpur near the KLCC Park. The development offers studio to three-bedroom units, catering to both short- and long-term stays.

“We are excited to bring Marriott Executive Apartments to Kuala Lumpur, our second in Malaysia and the biggest in Asia Pacific excluding China, offering a new standard in apartment-style living,” said Ramesh Jackson, regional vice-president, Malaysia & Indonesia, Marriott International.

Room sizes range from 48 to 139 sq m (517 to 1,496 sq ft) with amenities such as a lap pool, 24/7 fitness centre, rooftop event spaces and family-friendly areas including a children’s splash zone and playroom.

Each apartment includes a kitchen, living and dining area, in-unit laundry facilities and views of the city, hill or the KLCC Park, depending on the layout.

The development is directly accessible via the Suria KLCC LRT and Conlay MRT stations, and is within walking distance of the Petronas Twin Towers, Suria KLCC and the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre.

Dining is centred around Bistro Kia Peng, which serves modern Malaysian cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
