KUALA LUMPUR (Aug 8): LBS Bina Group Bhd (KL:LBS) has launched a satellite sales gallery in Petaling Jaya to offer Klang Valley homebuyers easier access to its Centrum Iris (pictured) development in Cameron Highlands.

According to a press statement on Friday, the gallery showcases scale models, layout previews, and offers personalised consultations with LBS sales representatives.

The gallery was launched in conjunction with LBS’ “A Celebration of 100 Years @ Cameron Highlands” campaign, which marks the highland’s centennial milestone and rewards Centrum Iris buyers.

Running from Aug 1 to Dec 31, the campaign offers eligible purchasers the chance to win prizes worth RM100,000 through a lucky draw. The top prize includes a seven-day holiday to the UK for two, alongside highland staycations, appliances and shopping vouchers. Thirty-five winners will be announced in February 2026.

Centrum Iris is the latest phase of the Cameron Centrum township, featuring 705 residential and 26 commercial units with a gross development value of RM472 million. It follows the full occupancy of Precinct 1.

Strategically located in Brinchang’s tourism and commercial centre, Centrum Iris is the first GreenRE Silver-certified project in Cameron Highlands. The project includes electric-vehicle charging bays, rooftop cafés, and 47 lifestyle facilities.

“Centrum Iris is more than just a development—it is a bold statement of LBS’ commitment to reimagining lifestyle destinations across Malaysia,” said group executive chairman Tan Sri Lim Hock San during the gallery’s launch.

“In line with our 8 x 8 strategic vision, this satellite sales gallery brings the highlands closer to the city, bridging distance with opportunity. We aim to make homeownership easier, smarter, and more rewarding for all Malaysians, while continuing to expand our footprint in key growth corridors nationwide.

“We are proud to be part of the ‘100 Years of Cameron Highlands’ celebration, and this campaign is a meaningful extension of that milestone—honouring the legacy of the highlands, while rewarding our valued homebuyers,” he added.
