KUALA LUMPUR (Aug 11): Exsim Group delivered vacant possession for 22 Macalisterz @ George Town on Saturday, Aug 9, on Macalister Road, its first residential development in Penang. Additionally, another of Exsim Group’s serviced apartments in Penang, Noordinz Suites @ George Town, has been 100% sold. It was launched in the first quarter of 2024 with the target completion date in 3Q2027.

“22 Macalisterz @ George Town is a homage to heritage, boasting a 36-storey tower of serviced residences uniquely merged with a beautifully restored colonial mansion. With this milestone as our very first project beyond the Klang Valley, we remain committed to delivering on our vision, value, quality and sustainability in each project,” said Exsim Group corporate affairs and branding director Michelle Siew.

The development’s facilities are spread out across three zones—The Cloud Forest on Level 1 and Level 2, The Forest Shade on Level 11 and The Rain Drops on Level 36. The development features amenities like the Sky Infinity Pool, Herbs Terrace, Hydrotherapy Corner and Muscles & Bustles Gym, as well as a coworking space called Imaginary Realm. The project will also include 232 parking lots. 

Meanwhile, their 29-storey Noordinz Suites @ George Town will consist of 603 units with built-up sizes ranging from 377 to 603 sq ft on a land area of 1.91 acres. The selling prices range from RM626,500 to RM956,300. 

During the handover event, it was also mentioned that Exsim Group will be launching a serviced apartment called The Lighthauz, with details to come at a later date. 

The event also featured a Malaysia Book of Records recognition ceremony, where Mana Mana Hospitality, a brand owned by Exsim Hospitality Bhd (KL:EXSIMHB), was honoured for achieving the title of the “Largest Short-Stay Management Company Chain”.
