- Spanning 30,000 sq ft on Level 23, the branch is the company’s largest to date and comes as the global coworking market, valued at US$22.01 billion (RM93.18 billion) in 2024, is projected to grow to US$82.12 billion over the next decade.
PETALING JAYA (Aug 11): Flexible workspace provider INFINITY8 has opened its latest branch, INFINITY8 Reserve TRX, at Exchange 106 in Tun Razak Exchange, reaching almost full occupancy within three months of operations.
Spanning 30,000 sq ft on Level 23, the branch is the company’s largest to date and comes as the global coworking market, valued at US$22.01 billion (RM93.18 billion) in 2024, is projected to grow to US$82.12 billion over the next decade.
INFINITY8 CEO and co-founder Lee Sheah Liang said from day one, INFINITY8 has always aimed to see beyond providing “just another workspace” to see the bigger picture.
“Instead, we’re focused on providing a work way statement with a space that creates communities that inspire people to do their best work.
“INFINITY8 Reserve TRX is a true reflection of how far we’ve come from our early days running a single unit in Johor Bahru to establishing new centres in the financial heart of the country,” he said in a statement today.
According to the statement, the branch offers a mix of private offices, breakout areas and themed meeting rooms designed to accommodate hybrid work arrangements.
These include The Carat Club, a four-seat creative space; The Exchange Room, a six-seat meeting space; the Trillion Dollar Idea Room, which accommodates up to 15 guests; and the Mastermind Mansion, a 25-seat boardroom.
The location’s design incorporates art installations by Arkateori, curated photography, and a live Paludarium by Halim Manap to create a distinctive work environment.
To mark its eighth year of operations, INFINITY8 is hosting “Coworking Month” throughout August, with events, workshops and brand pop-ups coinciding with International Coworking Day on Aug 9.
Lee said Reserve TRX brings together everything the company believes in. “We worked with Arkateori to create textured art that holds emotion, curated photography that captures the pace of the city, and shaped a living Paludarium with Halim Manap that brings stillness into the space.
“Every piece holds weight. Some reveal their meaning right away. Others take time,” he said.
The company plans to launch its next site, INFINITY8 Reserve Sunway Square in Sunway City, in the fourth quarter of 2025. The 24,000 sq ft branch will focus on sustainable growth and long-term business support.
Since its inception in 2017, the company has expanded from a 1,400 sq ft unit with four members in Johor Bahru to more than 2,000 client companies nationwide. In the past year alone, it has added over 107,000 sq ft of workspace.
