SHAH ALAM (Oct 24):  S P Setia Bhd is all set to unveil its latest phase of the Anggun Villa series – Anggun Villa III – in Puchong, Selangor on Oct 26 (Saturday). The double-storey semi-detached units “are designed with clean and contemporary feel and will form part of the mature township of Bandar Kinrara”, stated S P Setia in a media release on the event.

With a total GDV of approximately RM105.17 million, Anggun Villa III will comprise 30 units of modern, double-storey semi-detached homes.
