KUALA LUMPUR (July 30): Avaland Bhd (KL:AVALAND) topped out Alira Subang Jaya, a serviced residence in Tropicana Metropark, Subang Jaya, which has achieved a 95% take-up rate, on Monday (July 29), according to a press statement on Tuesday. 

With a gross development value (GDV) of RM578 million, the freehold Alira Subang Jaya comprises two towers offering 832 units with built-ups ranging from 695 sq ft to 1,048 sq ft. Unit selling price starts from RM570,000 and the project is expected to be completed by November 2025.

Avaland chief executive officer Apollo Bello Tanco said in the statement: “We are thrilled to announce that Alira Subang Jaya has achieved an outstanding 95% take-up rate and reached its topping-out milestone ahead of schedule. This remarkable accomplishment is a testament to the strong market demand and investor confidence in our project. It reaffirms our commitment to delivering outstanding homes that meet the highest standards of quality and sustainability”.

Meanwhile, Avaland’s second project in Tropicana Metropark, namely Amika Residences, has achieved a 65% take-up rate since its launch in March this year. The serviced residence project has a gross development value (GDV) of RM452 million and comprises 468 units. 

According to the statement, Avaland has recently introduced its E.A.S.Y Ownership Campaign that offers benefits including partial furnishing packages and subsidised stamp duty for memorandums of transfer (MOTs) across projects in its AVA Prime series, including Alira Subang Jaya and Amika Residences
