Prince Bay Taiziwan is a residential development located in Shenzhen, China created by China Merchants and Design 10.

Set to stand at 250m high and 1.5 million sq ft of space, Prince Bay will be the tallest residential landmark when completed in 2023.

Prince Bay Taiziwan offers a unique experience upon arrival, starting by entering the residences from the oceanfront where there is a private garden drop-off to expansive outdoor balconies that are able to extend the living space to outdoor areas.

In terms of design, the units have been designed where there are garden villas set amidst lush greenery at the lower zone. In the central zone, open balconies that offer a unique horizon view. Its super sky flats and duplexes feature an infinity 360 view and garden pool.

“The design of the luxury apartments begin as an experience of arrival and throughout the journey to home. A key driver is to enhance a close connection to the natural surroundings of air, light, ocean and mountains throughout the journey.” said Nick Cordingley, design partner at Design 10.

Exclusively for the residents, The Horizon Club on level 46 is also one of the places where the residents get to enjoy the 360 panoramic view of the oceanside.

“To further expand the experience of luxury living, we have given careful consideration to create premium and highly-personalised amenities as part of the overall design of views of the residences,” Cordinglet adds.

With that, a retail podium at the base of the tower will offer a garden deck as a public space to create a more active and vibrant atmosphere along with a 30m infinity pool overlooking the ocean view.
