UEM Sunrise launches new phase of Senadi Hills

JOHOR BAHRU (Nov 16): UEM Sunrise Bhd unveiled the phase 1B of Senadi Hills in Iskandar Puteri, Johor, today offering 120 units of freehold terrace house to homebuyers. 

Senadi Hills is a 62-acre gated mixed development community that consists of 398 freehold link houses and a neighbourhood commercial square designed for multi-generational families.

In a media statement today, UEM Sunrise said it has unveiled the phase 1A in July and received an encouraging 80% take-up, hence the company decided to launch the new phase.

The phase 1B of Senadi Hills offers a bigger built-up area of 2,185 sq ft, with land area measuring 22 ft by 70 ft. Each terraced house comes with four bedrooms and three bathrooms designed for an extended family of up to three generations. 

Some of the facilities in phase 1B include wheelchair-friendly design, 2.5km jogging track, children’s playground, outdoor gym, mini tai chi area and recreation plaza.

“This development which comes with individual property titles include distinctive features such as individual fencing that allows pets to be kept in the resident’s compound, and acts as an extra safety measure for families with young children. House buyers can also carry out external extension and modification of the unit to suit their needs,” said UEM Sunrise’s COO (Southern) Zamri Yusof (pictured).

He added that UEM Sunrise is continuously looking into its customers’ ever-evolving needs and to be ahead of changing trends.

It is also easily accessible from the Lebuh Kota Iskandar and Jalan Ismail Sultan (Iskandar Coastal Highway).
