The development will comprise two blocks—Anjung A, a 30-storey tower with 233 units, and Anjung B, a 32-storey tower with 247 units—both sitting atop an eight-level podium housing car parks (from basement level five to level two), resident facilities on the ground and third floors, and an additional sub-basement level.
With the sale, Hextar Global said the group plans to focus on operating durian collection centres instead, where various sellers can supply the fruit to the group.
The deal comes as the company racked up more than RM252 million of cash and cash equivalents as at the end of June.
This is the third collaboration between i-Bhd and Wyndham, following the success of Wyndham Suites KLCC and Wyndham Garden i-City.
