Manhattan’s Fifth Avenue is still the most expensive retail address, although rents dropped 8.1% in the year ended June to US$1,700 (RM5,894) psf. Minister orders demolition works to stop after two killed

IPOH: Demolition works on an old 2-storey building has been stopped following the collapse of the building  on a passing car, killing two passengers.

Housing and Local Government Minister Datuk Kong Cho Ha said the developer involved has been directed to stop work  to enable the Ipoh City Council (MBI), the police and the relevant agencies to investigate the incident.

Gadang Holdings acquires bungalow plots in Sg Besi

KUALA LUMPUR: Gadang Holdings Bhd through its wholly owned subsidiary Gadang Engineering (M) Sdn Bhd has entered into sale and purchase agreements with Bee Garden Holdings Sdn Bhd and Primeclass Development Sdn Bhd to acquire seven plots of leasehold vacant bungalow land in Pekan Baru Sungai Besi in Selangor for RM11.22 million.
