KUALA LUMPUR: Syarikat Prasarana Negara Bhd (Prasarana) is firming up its plans to develop property projects along the mass rail transit (MRT) alignments which would allow the government to directly benefit from the expected surge in property value. Prasarana is a government-owned company which owns assets and provides public transport services in the country.

WCT and GCD to build RM688 mil project in Medini Global Capital & Development Sdn Bhd (GCD) has signed an agreement with Platinum Meadow Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned unit of WCT Bhd, to develop a RM688 million commercial development in the Medini Business District in Iskandar Malaysia, Johor.

HO CHI MINH City: Malaysia's property developer Gamuda Land and local firm Sacomreal announced on Monday that they would jointly develop the US$215 million Celadon City complex in HCM City's Tan Phu district, Vietnam News Agency (VNA) reported.

The 82ha Celadon City will be located about 3km from the Tan Son Nhat International Airport.
