The project is to be completed by Aug 25 next year. 

The first property, which has a price tag of RM42 million, has a land area of 1.4674 hectares. The second property, which will cost the REIT RM13.8 million, has a land area of 0.6585 hectares and a lettable area of 42,067 sq ft.

The proposed buyback of the resort hotel consists of an administration building, hotel, apartment blocks, standard and individually designed chalets and villas and other ancillary buildings and structures known as Holiday Villa Cherating.
