According to Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah’s statement, the newly-detected Bina Bulatan construction site cluster, which spans Cheras, Titiwangsa and Lembah Pantai in Kuala Lumpur, has the highest number of infections reported today at 162, followed by the Ria-30 cluster in Sabah (51 cases) and the Batu Tujuh cluster (39 cases), both of which are existing clusters.
Kuala Lumpur has 265 new confirmed cases, Selangor 221 cases, while Putrajaya only has four cases.

To date, 381 clusters have been reported. Meanwhile, 193 clusters have been declared ended including four clusters today, namely the Bandaran, Kolong and Ramai-ramai clusters in Sabah, and the Sentral cluster involving Selangor and Kuala Lumpur.
There are now 1,510 active cases — meaning those who carry high transmission risks — under this cluster, while 3,646 patients have recovered, with no deaths.
The CMCO for Selangor, Putrajaya, Kuala Lumpur, Sabah, Labuan, Kelantan, Perak, Penang and Negeri Sembilan is currently scheduled to end on Sunday (Dec 6).
Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah said the Klang Valley — comprising Selangor, Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya — recorded 578 cases or 50.7% of total new infections.
In a bourse filing today, Yong Tai said 89,300 shares will be listed on Dec 8 following the conversion, which will see its issued share capital rise to 1.04 billion shares or RM456.8 million.
