The contract covers, among others, earthwork and basement construction for the proposed two blocks of 35-storey serviced apartments.
The government had banned all passenger flights from and to India from entering this country since April 28.
April data suggested that output grew for the first time in nine months. The pace of growth was the strongest recorded since June 2020.
This raised cumulative infections in the country to 408,713.
Those who aged between 20 and 29 recorded a Covid-19 incidence rate of 1,406.
The last time the country reported more than 3,000 cases a day was on Dec 24 last year – when 3,545 daily cases were recorded.
The vaccine will only be used under a separate registration channel for volunteers.
