IGB Corp Bhd and Southkey City Sdn Bhd announced today that they will be raising financing up to RM1 billion in nominal value via a medium term note programme (MTN Programme) through its joint-venture company, Southkey Megamall Sdn Bhd (Southkey Megamall).
Group chief executive officer Boo Kuang Loon said the company has also locked in a RM412 million worth of fit-out contract with Orient Venture Properties to carry out renovation works on the property.
The works include the construction of a new 1km flyover from Jalan Genting Kelang to Jalan Ayer Jerneh and the widening of Jalan Ayer Jerneh trunk road into a 100ft, four-lane carriageway.
