The proposed development are of a 1,000-acre Johor-Shenzhen Industrial Park in Ulu Sedili, together with a 50-acre Johor-Shenzhen Innovation Development Hub in Johor Bahru.

Kerjaya Prospek Property Bhd’s net profit for the third quarter ended Dec 31, 2023 (3QFY2024) rose a marginal 1.65% to RM23.91 million from RM23.53 million a year ago, as higher costs compressed its margins.

This is in response to the company’s application for an extension of time in January, which it submitted as its previous Jan 28 submission deadline approached.
