- Group chief executive officer at Tropicana, Datuk Mark Rozario: “We are truly honoured and humbled to be recognised as The People’s Choice. This recognition is a testament to our commitment to building sustainable townships formulated and refined based on decades of feedback from the industry and our community.”
PETALING JAYA (Jan 28): Tropicana Corp Bhd recently took home Gold at the Putra Aria Brand Awards 2024, the third win for the property developer and its second Gold achievement since the award's inception.
“The Putra Aria Brand Awards recognised Tropicana as one of the top brands in the Property Development industry celebrating Tropicana’s success in building sustainable townships and thriving communities offering a wholesome live-work-play-learn-shop environment,” stated the developer in a media release.
The Putra Aria Brand Awards is Malaysia’s only consumer-driven brand recognition. Responses are voluntarily submitted, with voters selecting their favourite brands based on their experiences and perceptions.
“We are truly honoured and humbled to be recognised as The People’s Choice. This recognition is a testament to our commitment to building sustainable townships formulated and refined based on decades of feedback from the industry and our community. Driven by our mantra to Redefine the Art of Living, Tropicana will continue to connect communities and forge futures,” said group chief executive officer at Tropicana, Datuk Mark Rozario.
“Building townships for more than 45 years, Tropicana has broadened its position from a resort-style developer to a sustainable community planner anchored on its 8 distinct development DNAs and 3 ESG pillars. Our design approach focuses on indoor and outdoor spaces that are in ecological and aesthetic harmony with their surroundings. As we continue our mission to Redefine the Art of Living, we are also adopting ESG best practices in our aim to connect with the communities and forge a sustainable future where all our townships offer a live-work-play-learn-shop environment,” he added.
With Tropicana’s unbilled sales of RM2.2 billion and a sizeable landbank of 1,612 acres with an estimated GDV of RM109 billion, the group is in a good position to deliver a sustainable performance in the next few years.
