• Earns top recognition for third consecutive year

ARA DAMANSARA (Jan 27): Sime Darby Property has earned the prestigious Platinum Award in the ‘Property Development’ category at the 2024 Putra Brand Awards, the third consecutive year the company year the company has clinched the title.

As a public-voted accolade, the award highlights the people’s trust and confidence in Sime Darby Property’s brand “which has been built on a strong foundation of excellence, innovation, and sustainability for over five decades”, stated the company in a media release.

Sime Darby Property garnered the highest votes based on key criteria including brand familiarity, usage, impression, intent to purchase, and the likelihood of recommendation.

“This public-voted award is a clear affirmation of the trust Malaysians place in Sime Darby Property as a leading property developer. We are honoured by this recognition, which reflects our commitment to delivering high-quality developments in line with our Purpose as a Value Multiplier for People, Businesses, Economies, and the Planet. Billed as the “People’s Choice Awards”, the Putra Brand Awards is Malaysia’s leading brand valuation award, and it is the only brand award of, by and for brand managers and owners.

Organised by the Association of Accredited Advertising Agents of Malaysia in association with Malaysia’s Most Valuable Brands, the winners were voted through an in-depth online survey involving over 11,000 respondents across various product and services categories.
