Spanish PM proposes 100% tax on property purchases by non-EU residents
Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez has hinted at plans to introduce a tax rate of up to 100% on properties bought by non-European Union citizens or non-residents of Spain, reported Xinhua quoting an El País report Tuesday.
