PETALING JAYA (May 31): Sunway Property’s Sunway Mont Residences in Mont’Kiara, which was launched over the weekend, has recorded a successful take-up rate of 80%, Sunway Bhd’s executive director of central region, property development division, Ang Kee Ping told TheEdgeProperty.com today.
“We are encouraged and pleased with the response from the public. The spacious dual-key homes also proved to be a big hit among registrants as with the standard units. This follows the encouraging turnout during the sales gallery opening last week, with more than 1,000 members of the public attending the event,” said Ang.
Sunway Mont Residences is a 38-storey condominium project which sits on 2.88 acres of land.
Priced from RM880,000 onwards, the 288 units come with built-ups ranging from 1,122 to 1,906 sq ft.
According to Ang, Sunway Mont Residences will offer conveniences for growing families such as connectivity and education, retail, leisure and healthcare amenities all located close by.
“Sunway Mont Residences is located near the Garden International School, medical institutions such as the Global Doctors Centre and Global Doctors Hospital, country clubs such as the Bukit Kiara Equestrian Club and KL Golf and Country Club, as well as department stores and restaurants at the Verve Shops, One Mont’Kiara, Plaza Mont’Kiara, Solaris Mont’Kiara and Publika,” he said.
“It is also easily accessible via major highways through the SPRINT Highway and Penchala Link to key locations such as KLCC and Petaling Jaya,” he added.
