KUALA LUMPUR: Mutiara Goodyear Development Bhd (Mutiara) is planning to develop a piece of land in Sepang, Selangor in a joint venture with Paramoden Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of MK Land Holdings Bhd.
Mutiara via its wholly owned subsidiary, Susuran Timur Sdn Bhd has entered into a Joint Development Agreement with Paramoden on Thursday, Sept 30.
The joint development will take up 10.601 acres of the 15.601 acres freehold land. Mutiara is acquiring the remaining 5 acres from Paramoden for a separate project. The companies signed a sales and purchase agreement on the same day.
Mutiara said that the proposed joint venture and acquisition are part of the company’s expansion strategy to increase its holding of choice land banks in multiple location in Klang Valley.
