PETALING JAYA (Feb 7): Tropicana Miyu, a joint-venture project by Tropicana Corp Bhd and Temokin Development Sdn Bhd, is now 100 sold out while the homes are achieving “a timely completion with ongoing VP handover since Nov 7, 2024”, stated Tropicana Corp in a media release.

This freehold development in Section 17 Petaling Jaya has also been given a high Quality Assessment System in Construction (QLASSIC) score of 85%.

The low-density condominium features 11 layouts and a built-up ranging between 600 to 2,183 sq ft, with a gross development value of RM261 million.
