KUALA LUMPUR: Mitrajaya Holdings Bhd’s revenue increased by 68% to RM97.1 million for its second quarter (2Q) ended June 30, 2010, compared with a revenue of RM57.9 million posted a year ago. Its net profit also increased to RM18.6 million from RM3.4 million a year ago.

The company said on Thursday, Aug 26 that the increase in revenue is mainly due to its construction and property division.

It added that it is conscious of the challenging operating environment and hopes to see a comparable performance in the current financial year.
