According to Catherine Wong (PEA 2869) (019-663 3377) of Kith and Kin Realty, the buyers were already renting another unit at Westside III, and had been eagerly waiting for an opportunity to purchase a unit there. The buyers really wanted to stay within Desa ParkCity, as they love the township.
