“We expect all the units to be taken up by the time of the official launch, which is after Hari Raya,” Tai said.
The premier twin villas, which will each have six bedrooms complete with attached bathrooms, is larger than the twin villas in the previous phase.
“The units will feature modern contemporary design and a spacious garden, with a length of 30 ft and width of 30 ft to 56 ft,” he said.
He added that the driveway will be able to accommodate up to four cars while the ceilings will be 12 ft high. Other features that help differentiate the premier twin villas from units in Phase 1 are better finishing, as well as a wet and dry kitchen.
The lot sizes in Phase 2 range from 40 ft by 112 ft to 56 ft by 112ft, while the built-up area is 3,600 sq ft.
Prices range from RM1.26 million to RM1.4 million per unit, and the gross development value of this phase is RM27 million.
Green Hill Development does not expect to replicate the premier twin villas in its coming phases, said Tan.
Phase 1 comprising 90 units of twin villas were sold out after it was launched earlier this year.
Greenhill Residences is a 75-acre-wide development in Seksyen U10, Shah Alam, Selangor with a gross development value of RM500 million.
The project is expected to comprise eight phases, which will be developed over a five-year period.
Upon completion, the project will contain 365 units of semi-detached homes, bungalows and commercial developments.
The project is a joint venture with the landowner Permodalan Negeri Selangor Bhd.
