Kiara Residence 2, or also known as Residensi Kiara Jalil 2, is located on Jalan Jalil Perwira 1, Bukit Jalil. The development is just a five-minute walk to the new Awan Besar LRT station.

It is strategically located right next to the mature OUG township; a short drive to banks, eateries and commercial areas. The project is well connected via the Kesas, MRR and Lebuhraya Bukit Jalil highways.

According to the real estate agents, K Y Kwek and Zen Ong of Hartamas Real Estate (OUG), the average asking price for this newly completed project is RM620,000. Unlike many other units at Kiara Residence 2, this sold unit has two side-by-side parking bays rather than tandem parking. The buyers (a local young couple who are buying to stay) believe the value of the property has room for growth in the future owing to the Awan Besar LRT station’s proximity.

“This is a newly completed project, where half of the buyers are still in the process of getting their keys. The project was launched in September 2011, with the launching price starting from RM475,000,” said Kwek.

As this is a newly completed project, there is no relevant data on TheEdgeProperty.com yet.
