Based on the available listings on theedgeproperty.com, the latest range of asking prices for Tiffani is between RM1,000,000 to RM2,400,000 (July 2015 to September 2015)

The agent said a few comparable properties in the area would be Kiaraville with a transacted price of RM1.28 million on March, 2015 (1,873 sq ft); Lumina Kiara, RM1.1 million transacted on October, 2014 (1,448 sq ft); and Mont'Kiara Meridin, RM1.3 million transacted on March, 2015 (1,787 sq ft).
