Mah Sing acquires prime land in Klang Valley for RM276.1 million
Mah Sing Group Bhd's acquisition spree is continuing with the latest purchase of three plots of land, where it plans to develop projects worth a combined gross development value of RM1.1 billion. The three plots - acquired for a combined total of RM276.1 million - are located in Kinrara, Puchong (RM178.4 million); the Damansara North - Subang-Sungai Buloh corridor (RM65.9 million); and in Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam (RM318 million), according to a statement on July 9.
BRDB signs three MOUs with MPHB
Bandar Raya Developments (BRDB), on July 13, signed three memorandums of understanding with Multi-Purpose Holdings Bhd (MPHB) to develop several parcels of land in Penang (80 acres), as well as in Rawang (267 acres) and Gombak, Selangor (324 acres).
