KUALA LUMPUR: Bina Puri Holdings Bhd, through its Thailand incorporated and member company Bina Puri (Thailand) Ltd, received a letter of award from Melewar Integrated Engineering Sdn Bhd for a contract sum worth RM6.3 million on March 15.

According to its statement to Bursa Malaysia on April 8, the letter of award is for the design and build of a warehouse involving works for foundation, RC & steel structure, architectural, M&E and associated external works for the Siam Ice Co Ltd cold room facility in Rayong, Thailand.

The company expects the contract to contribute positively to the earnings of Bina Puri Group for its FYE Dec 31, 2010.
