KUALA LUMPUR: Ariantec Sdn Bhd entered into a conditional Sales and Purchase Agreement with Jelita Marketing Sdn Bhd to acquire a 4-storey shopoffice with parking bay at Sunsuria Avenue, Kota Damansara for RM5.3million. The approximate gross built-up of the building is 10,660 sq ft.

The property was completed early 2010 and the certificate of fitness for occupation has yet to be issued by the local authority, said Ariantec in an announcement to Bursa Malaysia on April 14.

Ariantec is a wholly owned subsidiary of Ariantec Global Bhd, formerly known as Global Soft (MSC) Bhd. The Group's principal activities are researching and developing software, system design, integration, installation and providing information technology services. Operations are carried out in Malaysia, Hong Kong and China.
