According to the agent, Paige Wong of One Sunterra Properties, the property is located on Jalan Jiran within the established neighbourhood of Happy Garden at Old Klang Road with amenities and services easily available in this 40-year-old neighbourhood.

“Besides the ample choice of amenities, this strategic and convenient location is just a 10-minute drive to the Kuala Lumpur city centre and Petaling Jaya Old Town. According to data from TheEdgeProperty.com, from the period of 1Q2012 to 2Q2016, the highest average transacted price for semi-dees in Old Klang Road was recorded in 2Q2016, at RM1.68 million. The available listings on TheEdgeProperty.com showed that the average asking price is RM1.9 million.
