KUALA LUMPUR (Nov 4): Property developer LBS Bina Group Bhd is confident of achieving its sales target of RM1.2 billion by year-end, buoyed by its RM1.056 billion sales achieved as at Nov 2, Bernama reported today.

"Our unbilled sales as at Nov 1 is RM1.45 billion and we are confident of achieving our sales target," said managing director Tan Sri Lim Hock San.

Bernama reported Lim saying this at the LBS Media Appreciation Night 2016 recently, where he also said the company looks forward to continue offering more exciting products, particularly in the affordable and mid-range segment next year.

"LBS Bina's strategy focuses on innovative lifestyle products and affordable housing as demand from first-time buyers and young single professionals remains strong," he shared.
