IPOH (July 4): Property investors can enjoy a 15% discount when they buy a “Treetops” condominium unit in Jalan Gopeng at Team Keris Bhd’s Family Day starting from Wednesday, Bernama reported today.
The properties are being sold from RM291,800 onwards.
The five-day programme is being organised by Team Keris in conjunction with the Hari Raya Aidilfitri festive season.
Team Keris director of Sales and Marketing Choong Sook Fun said buyers can enjoy savings of up to RM50,000 during the programme, which will be held at Treetops Residency between 10am and 5pm.

"Multiple family oriented activities such as lucky draws, sweepstakes and games for children will be held. Free Kentucky Fried Chicken meals will also be provided for visitors," she said.
Choong said each unit will have three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and residents can enjoy resort-style living. There will also be a half Olympic-size pool.
