The 28 Mont’Kiara team with the awards
KUALA LUMPUR: Sunrise Bhd bagged two awards at the prestigious Asia Pacific Property Awards 2010 held in Hong Kong last Friday (April 16).
Its luxury condominium project, 28 Mont’Kiara, was accorded the Best Residential High-Rise Development Malaysia and the Best Residential High-Rise Development Asia Pacific awards.
Earlier last month, 28 Mont’Kiara received a BCA Green Mark Gold Award (provisional) certification from the Building and Construction Authority (BCA). A residential project with ultra-modern architectural features, 28 Mont’Kiara offers a wide expanse of luxuriant space the size of two football fields covering 70% of the 5.8 acres of freehold land. The twin 40-storey towers house 460 units with sizes ranging from 2,535 to 3,000 sq ft and six penthouse units of up to 6,465 sq ft.
The Asia Pacific Property Awards was organised in association with Bloomberg Television and is part of the International Property Awards, established 16 years ago to identify the best real estate professionals around the world. Nineteen countries in the Asia-Pacific region participated in the coveted property awards this year.
