PETALING JAYA (April 25): Soren, the first residential phase of Suria Hill in Bandar Puncak Alam, developed by IJM Land, has achieved an 80% take-up rate.
IJM Land chief operating officer Datuk Chai Kian Soon said Suria Hill, set on 170 acres, offers a peaceful, nature-rich environment while still being well-connected to key areas in the Klang Valley.
“The first phase, Soren, features 142 double-storey homes designed for multigenerational living, with accessibility and sustainability in mind. The homes also include features like wheelchair-friendly ground floors and sliding bathroom doors.
“The development prioritises green spaces, with a central 4.42-acre park and walking trails that encourage outdoor activities. The location is easily accessible via major highways, and future plans include better connectivity with the upcoming East Coast Rail Link (ECRL) station,” he said in a statement.
Besides, he added that the encouraging take-up rate at Phase 1A - Soren reflects a shift in how people view their homes.
“Buyers today are looking for more than just a roof over their heads. They want a space that brings peace, supports both physical and mental well-being, and grows with them and their families. Suria Hill is designed with that very intention in mind.

Meanwhile, he added that IJM Land is preparing to launch Sovana, the next phase of Suria Hill, in the third quarter of 2025.
This phase will feature double-storey linked homes with 1,919 sq ft of space, designed for multigenerational living with eco-friendly features like GreenRE Bronze certification and EV isolator points.
Sovana’s centerpiece will be the 7.14-acre Joyous Garden, offering a yoga deck, multipurpose court, playground, and tranquil areas for residents to connect and enjoy outdoor activities.
