Ehsan Property launches Phase 1 of Ehsan Widuri in Nilai, N Sembilan

• The development features 23 recreational and lifestyle facilities, including a swimming pool, children’s playground, jogging track, herb garden, multipurpose hall, library, gymnasium, sauna and yoga room.

KUALA LUMPUR (Oct 8): Boutique property developer Ehsan Property launched Phase 1 of its latest project, Ehsan Widuri in Bandar Baru Nilai, Negeri Sembilan, on Saturday. The integrated development has a gross development value of RM210 million.

According to a media statement on Tuesday, Phase 1 of Ehsan Widuri comprises 242 serviced apartment units (Block A), seven office units, six shoplots, and 540 car park bays across seven floors. Phase 2, which will be launched at a later date, will consist of another 242 serviced apartment units in Block B, bringing the total to 484 residential units. Built-ups of the serviced apartments range from 730 to 980 sq ft, with prices starting from RM328,500. The project is expected to be completed by end-2028.

"Building on the success of our previous developments, Ehsan Widuri is designed to cater to a new generation of homeowners, including first-time buyers, young couples, and investors. Ehsan Widuri is just minutes from shopping malls such as AEON Mall Nilai, Lotus's Nilai, MesaMall, and Nilai 3. Nearby healthcare facilities include Aurelius Hospital Nilai and Columbia Asia Hospital Seremban, while educational institutions like USIM, Nilai University, and INTI University are also a short distance away.
