China’s minister of housing and urban-rural development visits SkyAwani 3 Residences

KUALA LUMPUR (July 3): SkyWorld Development Bhd recently hosted a visit by China’s Housing and Urban-Rural Development Minister Ni Hong and his delegation to a tour of the SkyAwani 3 Residences. Also present were representatives from the Ministry of Housing and Local Government (KPKT).

The visit provided the Chinese delegation with an opportunity to look at “the innovative design and high-quality construction that earned SkyAwani 3 Residences the prestigious world gold award at the FIABCI World Prix d'Excellence Awards 2024”, stated SkyWorld Development in a media release.

Highlights of the tour included the SkyBridge, recognised as the “Highest Residential SkyBridge in Malaysia,” as well as an actual residential unit and the development’s many facilities.
