KUALA LUMPUR (June 28): UEM Sunrise Bhd has appointed Emily Teh (pictured) as its chief marketing officer (CMO), effective April 15, 2024.

Teh brings over 25 years of experience in various sectors including retail, real estate, and commercial asset management.

At Eastern & Oriental Bhd, where she served from 2010 to 2023, Teh was instrumental in several key developments. “As the director of property and project investments, her most significant endeavour was the successful launch of Pulau Andaman township in Penang, having achieved GDV of close to RM700 million upon 100% full take up within 13 months – on top of overseeing other notable projects during her tenure,” stated a media release by UEM Sunrise.
