KUALA LUMPUR (June 28): PropNex Malaysia is gearing up for the Malaysia Property Xpo 2024, poised to highlight exciting property deals and offer insights into current market trends. 

Chief project officer of PropNex Malaysia Steve Tong (pictured) revealed that PropNex's criteria for evaluating and acquiring new project deals focus on the project's potential and the developer's profile. With over 100 projects currently under contract, PropNex ensures that homebuyers are aware of their options when finding a suitable and reliable property.
